How Do Sump Pumps Work?
When water enters your base­ment it will nat­u­rally flow to the low­est point, where the sump pump will be installed. As water enters the Sump Pump drain the pump will auto­mat­i­cally switch on and pump the water out. Once the drain is free of water the pump will shut down.
